We have held the ISO9001 Certification for many years which is a worldwide benchmark of quality and demonstrates the existence of an effective quality management system. We also hold the ISO14001 Certification which demonstrates that we have an effective Environmental Management System in place. Secured by Design (SBD) is an official UK Police initiative that aims to reduce crime in the home by promoting security standards for a vast array of products. Amber’s uPVC casement, sash and bay windows have been recognised and accredited by SBD, so you can have that extra peace of mind when choosing our windows. Made in Britan — You’ll find the ‘Made in Britain’ marque on all our products. This means they’re made from start to finish in a British factory by British craftspeople. Every door, window and conservatory is made to order with care, expertise and attention to detail. With 25 years of manufacturing and fitting experience to call on, we have the most rigorous standards of quality and manufacture.

Citation Approved — Citation take the confusion out of Health & Safety compliance and provide an online platform that makes it easy for a participating business to manage their Health & Safety. Citation deliver their Health & Safety service using experienced and highly qualified Health & Safety Consultants who are all either qualified members of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) or the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management (IIRSM).

bsi Windows and Doors — BS 7412 specifies requirements for the design, fabrication and performance of windows and glazed door sets made from PVC-U extruded hollow profiles. It applies to windows and door sets manufactured from PVC-U hollow profiles incorporating fusion welded corner joints.

ISO 14001, first launched in 1996, is a standard with a set of requirements to help organisations create an effective Environmental Management System (EMS), allowing them to benchmark their current environmental performance (e.g. energy use, recycling rate, waste created) and set out ways to improve on it.

ISO 9001 — The ISO 9000 series of standards sets out how we establish, document, and maintain an effective quality system to ensure our products and services meet customers’ requirements.

FENSA Registered Company — The Fenestration Self-Assessment Scheme (FENSA) ensures replacement window installations comply with the building regulations for England and Wales.

The Guild of Master Craftsmen is the UK’s most established trade association, representing skilled and rated tradesmen, craftspeople, artisans and other professionals who strive for excellence in workmanship. Members of The Guild of Master Craftsmen are thoroughly assessed to earn the right to be called master craftsmen.

The British Fenestration Rating Council (BFRC) is the UK’s national system for rating energy efficient windows.

QA National Warranties — QANW work closely with building contractors and trade associations from all over the British Isles to allow them to offer an additional degree of consumer protection for their products and standards of workmanship.

Declarations of Performance:

We are proud to have achieved two Performance Declarations, which are testament to our dedication to quality. These certifications validate our products’ adherence to rigorous industry standards. Our products are certified to CE Marking Declaration of Performance BS EN 14351-1:2006 and BS 7412:2004 as evidenced by our two Performance Declarations.
