Privilege Club Terms & Conditions

At the point of your order you will be given a temporary Privilege Code which wil be written on your contract. After your site survey, your privilege club promotional pack will be dispatched to you.
As an Amber Privilege Customer you will receive 5% of the nett order value of any friends or family that you recommend to us providing:
1. You are the first point recommendation. Note: we have various marketing channels/initiatives and promotions such as TV, Radio, In-store, Press, Installation specialists, board advertising etc.
2. You must contact Amber Windows first with your recommendation and/or postcode details informing us of the details via email at privilege@amber-windows.co.uk or call us on 0800 783 7371. You will be informed of acceptance as first point of contact.
Payment will be made on completion and full payment of the project recommended
As Privilege Club membership is limited you will receive 4 opportunities to recommend and earn your referral fee, upon the 4th being used, another 4 will be automatically despatched to you
You understand that any monies received are paid on a gross basis and that you are responsible for any tax and national insurance contributions that would apply to the payments
With reference to payments received from Amber Privilege Scheme, everyone’s tax affairs differ, we advise you to speak to your tax consultant regarding any tax implications.
